All room rates are per night, double occupancy, plus tax.
Single occupancy may deduct $10.00
Triple occupancy please add $20.00
Discounts for more than four nights.
Two night minimum on weekends, weekends are considered Friday and Saturday, not Sunday.
Three night minimum for U of O graduation
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or by appointment. Please do not arrive early without prior arrangement, as we may not be here to check you in.
Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
American Express, Mastercard, VISA and cash accepted.
We accept children 12 and older. Sorry, no pets.
Make a Reservation
Reservation confirmations will be sent during office hours 9am-6pm and within 48 hours of receipt.
A cancellation made at least 72 hrs prior to your reservation will result in no charge to you.
If your reservation is 4 or more nights long, we require a 2 week notice of cancellation. We ask for your credit card number to secure your reservation. We do not charge your card until you stay.
In the event that you do not show up, AND fail to give notice of cancellation, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the reservation.
If you need to cancel your reservation within the 72 hr. period, we will charge you 50% of your full reservation amount, unless we can rebook the room.
