All room rates are per night, double occupancy, plus tax.
Please add $20 per additional person in guest rooms that allow for triple occupancy or more.
Discounts for more than four nights.
Two night minimum on weekends, weekends are considered Friday and Saturday, not Sunday.
Three night minimum for U of O graduation and Country Faire

Official check in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. . We offer a “self check in” option between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m.  or after 6:00pm.  Please indicate your arrival time when making your reservation so we can provide you with the proper information.

Guest check in prior to 2:00 p.m. is not available.  If you have a special request please call us directly.

Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

American Express, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and cash accepted.

We accept children 12 and older. Sorry, no pets.

Make a Reservation
Reservation confirmations will be sent during office hours 9am-6pm and within 48 hours of receipt.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation made at least 72 hrs prior to your reservation will result in no charge to you.

If your reservation is 4 or more nights long, we require a 2 week notice of cancellation. We ask for your credit card number to secure your reservation. We do not charge your card until you stay.
In the event that you do not show up, AND fail to give notice of cancellation, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the reservation.
If you need to cancel your reservation within the 72 hr. period, we will charge you 50% of your full reservation amount, unless we can rebook the room.
