What is your cancellation policy?

We require 72 hours notice for a cancellation.  If you cannot cancel before the 72 hour period, we will charge your credit card for 50% of the reservation, unless we can re-book the room.  If you fail to notify us of your cancellation, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the reservation.  Longer reservations (4 or more days) require 2 weeks notice for cancellation.

Can I stay for 1 night on the weekend?

Generally, no.  We will make exceptions during our slow season (December and January) or if we haven’t booked a room by the Thursday before the weekend you are interested in.  We encourage you to call and ask if you have a specific weekend in mind. 

What days do you consider as “the weekend”?

If you check in on either Friday or Saturday, you will need to stay 2 nights.

Do you accept Pets?

No, not under any circumstances.

Do you accept children?

Children over the age of 12 are happily accommodated. 

Do you have on site Parking?

Yes, we have a parking lot behind the inn.  It can get crowded, so please be considerate of others when parking.

Do you have hairdryers?

Yes, each room has it’s own hairdryer.

Do you have complimentary Wireless?

Yes, throughout the inn. 

How would I get to you from the Airport or train station if I’m not renting a car?

The airport has a service called “Omni Shuttle” that you can schedule ahead of time.  They have a kiosk by the baggage claim as well.  There are also a host of taxis waiting outside the airport at all times.  The cost for both of these options is around the same (approx. $20).

The train station is 10 blocks from our front door.  If it’s nice out and you don’t have much luggage, it can be walked.  If it’s raining or you have a lot of luggage you can jump into a taxi.  There is always one there.

I have special dietary needs.  Can you make a breakfast that I can eat?

We specialize in accommodating your dietary requirements.  We can do vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, diabetic, high protein, low fat, and others.  We just need to know when you make the reservation so that we have time to plan.

Are there things to do within walking distance to your inn and do I need to rent a car?

Yes, many of Eugene’s best restaurants and shops are within walking distance. A car is not necessary unless you plan to visit the wineries, coast or mountains.  You can also rent bikes while you are here and get around very easily.

What if I am arriving past check in time?  How will I get in?

We have a self check-in procedure that we will provide to you when you make your reservation.  You may arrive at any time.
