Booking Policies

  • All room rates are per night, double occupancy, plus lodging tax.
  • We will add $20 per additional person/night in guest rooms that allow for triple occupancy or more.
  • Two night minimum on weekends; weekends are considered Friday and Saturday, not Sunday.
  • Three night minimum for U of O Graduation and Country Fair

Check-In/Out Policies

  • Official check in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. . We offer a “self check in” option between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m.  or after 6:00pm.  Please indicate your arrival time when making your reservation so we can provide you with the proper information.
  • Guest check in prior to 2:00 p.m. is not available.  If you have a special request please call us directly.
  • Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
  • American Express, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, check and cash accepted.
  • We accept children 12 and older. We do not allow pets except for guide or service animals.
  • Reservation confirmations will be sent during office hours 9am-6pm and within 48 hours of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your reservation within the 72-25 hrs. range we will charge you 50% of your reservation amount. If we are able to re-book the room, you will not be charged.
  • If you cancel 24 hrs. prior to your reservation date we will charge you 100% of your reservation amount.
